What is this activity?
The World Cup is a quadrennial tournament pitting the best national soccer teams against each other for the title of world champion, this is the most important sports event in the world. Are you a World Cup fan? If yes, why not celebrate this event and try out this themed retrospective with your Team? There's no limit on the size of the group that can participate in this exercise. We consider this exercise level easy to execute. And you'll need a virtual board tool like EasyRetro to run the session.
