Team Awards Team building
What is this activity?
We have organized the event into five distinct categories, each designed to showcase different aspects of the competition. To ensure that everyone's opinion is considered, we will be inviting all participants to cast their votes for each category. The voting process will allow for a fair and democratic selection of the winners, as every individual will have the opportunity to weigh in on the candidates or entries they believe are most deserving in each category. This approach will foster engagement, encourage diverse perspectives, and ensure that the outcome truly reflects the collective preferences of the group.

How to conduct this activity
We encourage all participants to nominate someone they believe is the most deserving in each specific category. Each person should take a moment to think about who stands out the most in the respective category and nominate their top choice based on qualities such as performance, skill, or impact. This process allows for a personalized and thoughtful selection, where everyone can recognize those individuals who have truly excelled or made a significant contribution. By empowering everyone to nominate their favorite, we aim to highlight a range of achievements and celebrate the diverse talents within the group.
