How to conduct this activity
Silent Writing: Each participant writes sticky notes from the perspective of each stakeholder about the ideal Scrum Master (behaviors, support, attitude). Sharing & Clustering: Place stickies under the relevant stakeholder columns, group similar ideas. Discussion & Voting: Use dot voting to select top 1–2 expectations per role. Action Planning: Agree on specific ways the Scrum Master can adopt these traits and behaviors in upcoming sprints.
